Weight Loss, From A Friend’s Point Of View

A friend of mine just shared how she lost 90 pounds over the last 2-1/2 years – a very healthy pace. It was real, down-to-earth and just plain made sense. She included her high-school days, college days and masters program days – and how each chapter in her school life included less and less exercise and more and more fast food and soda.

She shared how minor depression and the lack of a network of friends during her 2-year masters program played quite a mental role that lead to negative eating/exercise habits. She also shared some of the positive triggers and information that got her back on track.

I’m looking forward to having her share her experience in further detail in a future post.
