1. Reid Walley is not confirmed for an engagement until a signed agreement and 50% deposit have been received.
  2. Balance is due 7 days prior to the engagement date.
  3. Cancellation fees:
    • If the client cancels, the 50% deposit is retained by Reid Walley.
    • If the client cancels less than 7 days prior to the engagement date, the full fee is payable to Reid Walley.
    • If Reid Walley cancels, all monies paid will be refunded to the client.
  4. Payment methods:
    • Check: Please make checks payable to Reid Walley.
    • Credit card & PayPal: MasterCard, Visa, Amex and PayPal.
    • Electronic funds transfer: Please contact our office to arrange this.
  5. All hotel charges, including accommodation, meals and refreshments will be paid for by the client. This does not include phone calls, alcohol or leisure activities.
