Public Speaking Tip For Butterflies: Face & Embrace

Public speaking tip: when it comes to the butterflies that I feel throughout the day before an evening speech, as well as the ones I feel a half-hour before I speak, I “face” my butterflies directly and “embrace” them.

I stand and speak “with” my butterflies. They are a normal part of speaking, so I don’t ignore them or wait for them to subside: face & embrace.
